Coinbase submitted their draft registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. This will be Version One’s first prospective IPO! The company also welcomed Kelly Kramer to the Board of Directors, appointed Marc Andreessen from Board Observer to Board Director, and promoted Emilie Choi as president and COO.
Pienza, a Seattle based B2B startup studio led by Bizible founder Aaron Bird, raised $5.1M.

Drover is joining forces with Cazoo, the “Amazon of cars” and the fastest growing online car retailer in the UK. The integration will enable Cazoo to expand into car subscriptions.
