Fundraises & Accolades
Patch is taking climate action to the next level with $55M in Series B funding led by Energize with participation from us, A16z and Coatue. As Brennan and Aaron wrote in the announcement…“This new round of funding brings us one step closer to our goal of radically scaling unified climate action across the global economy.”
Cap Hill Brands raised $100M in a Series B round led by BlackRock. The new equity round will fuel additional growth and provide capital for further acquisitions. We participated in the round along with prior investors Maveron and Ascend.
Lolli was honoured by Fast Company as one of the best-designed finance apps of 2022, as chosen by Fast Company editors and an expert jury of design professionals as part of Fast Company’s Innovation by Design Awards

Mercedes-Benz is working with Moment Energy to repurpose used EV batteries. Moment will convert the used batteries to modules that provide rechargeable power to commercial and industrial buildings. You can read about the deal here.
